FCC Construcción has taken part in the 28th edition of FUTUR CIVIL, the job fair organised by the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, a meeting point for students and companies in an environment that fosters close contact and connects talent. 

FCC Construcción consolidated its participation in the event, following the success of the previous edition, once again proving to be one of the most sought-after companies at the event. As a result, over 50 enquiries and CVs were collected from students across various disciplines (primarily civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering), and more than 20 interviews were conducted, identifying candidates with exceptionally high professional potential.

Furthermore, at this year’s event, FCC Construcción led a workshop with students, during which it was able to highlight the scale, impact and quality of the company’s national and international projects and, above all, emphasise the company’s values and its strong leadership in innovation and sustainability. To illustrate FCC Construcción’s commitment to training and talent development, the workshop featured two of the most promising young engineers, Xavier Rufiandis and María Compte, who shared their experience and insights gained from working on various civil engineering and building projects in Catalonia.
