FCC Construcción is making progress on the installation of auxiliary scaffolding for the assembly of cables prior to the hoisting of the roof structure at NOU MESTALLA

Construction of the Nou Mestalla continues to move forward. The installation of the massive roof is getting closer and closer, and today we can already see new developments in its preparation.

Currently, Valencia CF, together with FCC Construcción, is working on the assembly of this major structure that will cover the 70,044 seats our new home will have starting in the summer of 2027.

FCC Construcción is making significant progress in the assembly of the auxiliary scaffolding for installing the tension ring cables, as well as in the protective barriers for the stands to facilitate the deployment of the radial cables. Additionally, work is advancing on the construction of the façade and the stair towers (all four in the north zone and on the east side have been installed).

In recent weeks, progress has also been made on the roof support structure (“bird’s nests” on each pillar that tension and stretch the cables; the scaffolding and protective barriers for the stands have been installed). Meanwhile, the compression rings have been installed, and the remaining pillars have been constructed.
